1. Acceptance
By downloading, opening, or using Livora, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Livora.
2. Age Requirement
Livora is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use Livora if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
Livora provides local image board browsing, local film library browsing, film roll frame inspection, memo book creation, magazine cover and poster layout tools, and cultural portrait gallery browsing. These functions are designed to help users review, arrange, and create from local media on their phones.
4. User Content and Local Materials
You are responsible for the images, videos, notes, captions, and other materials you choose to use in Livora. You should only use content that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process for your intended purpose.
5. Prohibited Use
- Do not use Livora to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Do not create, store, or share abusive, exploitative, hateful, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse Livora's services or entitlement systems.
- Do not use Livora in a way that harms another person or invades another person's privacy.
6. Local Storage
Livora is designed so app materials other than User ID information remain stored on the user's phone for local use. You are responsible for managing local device storage, backups, and deletion of local outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
Livora, including its interface, design, software, brand, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Livora according to this User Agreement.
8. Google Play
Downloads, updates, subscriptions, and payments may be handled through Google Play. Google Play terms may apply to those store-level activities.
9. Disclaimers
Livora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
11. Changes
We may update this User Agreement when app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Continued use of Livora after an update means you accept the updated terms.
