1. Membership Features
A Livora membership may provide access to enhanced local creative functions, including expanded memo templates, additional magazine cover layouts, poster styles, film roll tools, cultural portrait browsing enhancements, or other premium features shown inside the app.
2. Billing
Membership purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing may be handled by Google Play. Google Play terms and policies apply to those transactions.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
If a membership is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew according to the billing period displayed at purchase unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date. Removing the app from a device does not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. Free Trials and Promotions
Livora may offer trials or promotional access. Trial terms, eligibility, duration, and conversion to paid membership will be shown at the time of the offer.
5. Fair Use
Membership features are for personal, lawful, and reasonable use. You may not abuse premium access, bypass entitlement controls, resell membership benefits, or use Livora in a way that violates the User Agreement.
6. Feature Changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue membership features as Livora evolves, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
7. Local Data Handling
Membership does not change Livora's core privacy commitment. Livora collects only User ID information. Other app materials are not collected by us and remain stored on the user's phone for local use.
